一、 用途:

     真空感应高温石墨化炉是在真空或惰性气体环境下利用中频感应加热原理,通过让感应线圈产生交变磁场,使感应线圈内的石墨坩埚产生涡流进行自身加热,石墨坩埚产生高温并辐射到工件,使其达到所需要的温度。该炉主要用于应用碳素材料、碳纤维材料及其它复合材料的石墨化、烧结处理

四、结构说明

1、炉体:由法兰、筒体、蝶形封头炉底组焊而成,采用双层水夹层结构,内外壁为不锈钢(304)抛光,法兰平面开设密封槽,采用“O”圈真空密封,设有水冷装置(防止因温度过高“O”圈老化),侧部设有抽气孔、感应线圈电极引出孔、放气孔等,底部设有进气孔、承料台等,炉体底部焊有支撑架。

2、炉盖:采用双层水夹层结构,内外壁为(304)不锈钢抛光与法兰组焊成一个整体为提高设备的安全性,防止因漏水超压引起安全隐患,特设有防爆孔,具有过压泄压及自动回复功能。炉盖采用电动升降后平移打开,工作时下降关闭后采用锁扣紧固。在炉盖中心设有一个排气孔,红外测温仪控温。在炉盖中心设有一个控温孔,安装高精度红外测温仪控温1100~2600℃,1100以下不进行控温和测温。

3、炉底:采用双层水夹层结构,内外壁为(304)不锈钢抛光,炉底上设有进气口备用接口等

4、感应加热装置由感应线圈、保温材料、垫砖、高纯石墨发热体等组成。感应线圈由优质的异形紫铜管绕制而成。中频电源通过感应线圈时产生磁场,进口石墨原料制作的发热体在磁场内感应出涡流并产出大量焦耳热工作加热,保温材料则包围在石墨发热体周围以减少不必要的热损失,垫砖用于支撑发热及保温材料、起隔热的绝缘作用。

5、真空系统:用二级泵配置,壹台DVR-16直联泵配壹台TK-150凸腔式油扩散泵配冷阱(防止油蒸气进入炉膛)气动阀,真空规管,真空压力表、真空管道,过滤器等组成,真空度的测量由成都睿宝数显电阻真空计执行。


6、电器系统:电源采用25Kw、IGBT晶体管中频电源和水冷电缆,中频电源装置设有中频功率、电压、中频频率、直流电压、电流等指示仪表,操作显示器件(中频电源具备零点动功能)。控制回路具备过压、过流、断水等声光报警功能。

控制部分以10寸触摸屏和可编程控制器PLC为核心,配以空气开关、接触器、继电器、指示灯等元器件,通过各种传感器的信号,实现炉体机械机构的逻辑控制。对温度、真空度进行记录、存储、实时显示、设定工艺曲线,具有多组工艺配方的储存、调用功能。全部工况动作配有安全联锁保护,具有超温断电,停水断电(停止加热、真空泵等)。设置必要的声光报警及保护,例如超温、水压低、气压低等,设置有应急开关。

7、水冷系统:采用密闭式,由管道、阀等相关装置组成。由各种管道阀等相关装置组成。冷却水总管进入后,经过各支管送到炉体、炉盖、炉底、水冷电极等需要冷却水的地方,然后汇总到水管排除。冷却水循环水管采用黑色橡胶管,不锈钢接头与橡胶管采用压制连接。总进水管路设有电接点压力表,具有断水声光报警自动切断电源功能。每路冷却水进水管都装有手动不锈钢阀门,可手动调节水流量大小。随炉配备一台一体式风冷工业冷水机及相关的联接管路(冷水机外形尺寸:长1785×宽915×高1630mm)。

 8、保护气体充放气系统:由转子流量计、微调阀、进气管、CKD自动充放气等组成。

Purpose:

Vacuum induction high temperature graphitization furnace uses the principle of medium frequency induction heating in vacuum or inert gas environment. By making the induction coil produce alternating magnetic field, the graphite crucible in the induction coil produces eddy current to heat itself. The graphite crucible produces high temperature and radiates to the workpiece to make it reach the required temperature. The furnace is mainly used for graphitization and sintering of carbon materials, carbon fibers and other composites.

IV. Structural description

1. Furnace body: welded by bottom of flange, cylinder and butterfly head, with double-layer water interlayer structure, stainless steel (304) polishing inside and outside wall, sealing groove on flange plane, vacuum sealing with "O" ring, water cooling device (to prevent aging of "O" ring due to excessive temperature), side with air extraction hole, induction coil electrode lead-out hole, vent hole, etc., bottom with air intake hole. Holes, bearing platforms, etc., with support brackets welded at the bottom of the furnace body.

2. Furnace Cover: Double-layer water sandwich structure is adopted. The inner and outer walls of (304) stainless steel are polished and welded into a whole flange group to improve the safety of the equipment and prevent potential safety hazards caused by water leakage and overpressure. There are explosion-proof holes specially designed, which have the functions of overpressure relief and automatic recovery. Furnace cover is opened by electric lifting and translation, and is fastened by locking after falling and closing. An exhaust hole is arranged in the center of the furnace cover, and the temperature is controlled by an infrared thermometer. There is a temperature control hole in the center of the furnace cover. A high-precision infrared thermometer is installed to control the temperature from 1100 to 2600 C. No temperature control and temperature measurement is carried out below 1100.

3. Furnace bottom: adopt double layer water sandwich structure, inside and outside wall is polished by (304) stainless steel, and the bottom of the furnace is equipped with standby inlet interface, etc.

4. The induction heating device is composed of induction coil, insulation material, cushion brick, high purity graphite heating body, etc. The induction coil is made of high quality special-shaped copper tube. The medium frequency power supply generates magnetic field through induction coil. The heater made of imported graphite material induces eddy current in the magnetic field and produces a large amount of Joule heat. The insulation material surrounds the graphite heater to reduce unnecessary heat loss. The padding brick is used to support the heating and insulation material and to insulate the heat.

5. Vacuum system: with two-stage pump configuration, one DVR-16 direct-connected pump with one TK-150 convex cavity oil diffusion pump with cold trap (to prevent oil vapor from entering the furnace) pneumatic valve, vacuum gauge, vacuum pressure gauge, vacuum pipeline, filter and so on. Vacuum measurement is carried out by Chengdu Ruibao Digital Display Resistance Vacuum Meter.

6. Electrical system: The power supply adopts 25Kw, IGBT transistor medium frequency power supply and water-cooled cable. The medium frequency power supply device is equipped with medium frequency power, voltage, intermediate frequency, DC voltage, current and other indicators, and operates display devices (medium frequency power supply has zero-point movement function). The control circuit has sound and light alarm functions such as over-voltage, over-current and water cut-off.

The control part takes 10 Inch Touch screen and programmable logic controller PLC as the core, equipped with air switch, contactor, relay, indicator lamp and other components, realizes the logical control of the mechanical mechanism of the furnace body through the signals of various sensors. Recording, storing, real-time displaying and setting process curve for temperature and vacuum degree, it has the function of storing and calling multiple process formulations. All operating conditions are equipped with safety interlock protection, with over-temperature power off, water shutdown power off (stop heating, vacuum pump, etc.). Set up the necessary sound and light alarm and protection, such as overtemperature, low water pressure, low air pressure, etc., set up emergency switch.

7. Water cooling system: It adopts closed type and consists of pipelines, valves and other related devices. It is composed of various pipe valves and other related devices. After the cooling water main pipe enters, it is sent to the furnace body, furnace cover, furnace bottom, water-cooled electrode and other places where cooling water is needed through each branch pipe, and then it is collected to the water pipe for elimination. The cooling water circulating pipe is made of black rubber pipe, and the stainless steel joint is pressed to connect with the rubber pipe. The main intake pipeline is equipped with electric contact pressure gauge, which has the function of automatic power cut-off by sound and light alarm. Each cooling water intake pipe is equipped with manual stainless steel valves, which can manually adjust the size of water flow. The furnace is equipped with an integrated air-cooled industrial water chiller and related connecting pipes (water chiller shape size: 1785 x 915 x long 1630 mm).

8. Protective gas filling and discharging system: composed of rotor flowmeter, fine-tuning valve, intake pipe, CKD automatic filling and discharging, etc.
